In accordance with Government guidelines, Goodnight Sleepovers and Events agrees that business activities should only take place where we can establish social distancing, safe systems of work and suitable protection measures for customers/staff and good disinfecting procedures for equipment.
Indoor tent hire is only to be used in one room within the household and should not be moved between rooms after full set up.
DIY set ups only in tiers 3 and 4 and national lockdown. Social distancing rules apply during drop off and collection. Adequate PPE, hand sanitiser and a mask will be worn by staff from Goodnight Sleepover and Events on delivery and collection.
Goodnight Sleepovers and Events cannot accept any responsibility for injuries or damage whilst the user is either setting up or using the equipment. Please note the tents are not toys and should not be used by children under the age of 4 years old.
Cross contamination between households will be eliminated by ensuring a rest period of 72 hours between hire and additional cleaning before and after use.
Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned/disinfected before it can be rehired. Everything that can be machine washed will be done so at 60 degrees. All items that cannot be machine washed will be sanitised and disinfected thoroughly.
The client must advice Goodnight Sleepovers and Events in advance of delivery if there are any members of the household who have tested positive for Covid 19 or are presenting with symptoms up to the run up to the hire. We will also notify the hirer if we or any members of our household become unwell with any symptoms of Covid 19 and we reserve the right to cancel the hire if this situation arises. A change of date will be offered if the booking cannot go ahead due to Covid 19.
Goodnight Sleepovers and Events successfully passed a course in Infection Prevention Control and Prevent Covid 19.
We understand that hiring out during these uncertain times is a big decision and we really appreciate your support. Cleanliness has always been a top priority for us. We have missed delivering our sleepovers to your households to help celebrate special occasions, we will be adhering to the government guidelines and to these measures we have put in place, Despite this it is impossible to guarantee that no cross contamination of the virus can happen nor can Goodnight Sleepovers and Events be blamed for any possible Covid 19 infection.
